Upon arrival, event staff will be stationed at the entrance to guide traffic. Parking attendants will provide directions to the Tea Garden Ceremony. For guests who may have difficulty walking longer distances or navigating stairs, golf cart rides will be available. Please note that a small set of stairs leads to the Tea Garden.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM in the Tea Garden. Join us for a heartfelt moment as the couple exchanges their vows in your presence. This will be the first time Ryan sees his beautiful bride, as they’ve chosen to forgo a "first look." Seating is open, with chairs available on both sides of the aisle on grassy paths — simply pick a seat, relax, and enjoy this special moment. Please enjoy the gardens before and after the ceremony if timing allows.

While we understand travel isn't always ideal, our ceremony and reception will take place in different cities. After the ceremony in Akron, please make your way to Medina, OH for our reception. The drive is approximately 36 minutes, depending on traffic. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

BANQUET HALL NAME: LAKESIDE SOUTH While the newlyweds capture their special moments, guests are invited to enjoy a relaxing cocktail hour with an open bar and a delicious selection of hors d'oeuvres. Soak in the beautiful outdoor patio views or unwind in the comfortable indoor seating as we toast to love and new beginnings!
